The Seattle skyline is known for its views and its ferry crossings. Now you can create your own event aboard a private ferry all your own. Tour Lake Union or Lake Washington on-board our 100 person capacity, open deck, three level charter vessel. HIYUIf the size of your party is too large for the TREK. We would like to introduce you to our Friends at the HIYU. Newly renovated, The HIYU is our favorite recommendation for events larger than 100 guests and comfortably entertains parties up to 300. 8:00 a.m. Official Parade Boats start to assemble in Portage Bay
8:35 a.m. 1st Corps Army Band Brass Quintet Concert, SYC Lawn
8:50 a.m. Commissioning Ceremony, SYC Lawn
9:20 a.m. Official VIP Boats parade to moorage
9:40 a.m. Parade Course Closed to ALL Boat Traffic
10:20 a.m. First Crew Race starts
11:30 a.m. Last Crew Race starts
11:45 a.m. All Crew Shells parade back through parade course
12:00 p.m. Official Parade begins
2:30 p.m. End of Official Parade (approximately)
3:00 p.m. Parade Course open to marine traffic (approximately)
4:00 p.m. Montlake Bridge resumes normal operations
6:00 p.m. Trophy presentations, SYC Lawn
6:30 p.m. Closing Ceremonies and Lowering of Colors

The TREK Ferry is a party barge or party boat available for corporate events, water events, waterfront viewing, Lake Union tour, Lake Washington sightseeing, lake swimming, wedding party, bachelor/bachelorette party. Our guests have held bar mitzvah / bat mitzvah parties, wedding parties, birthday parties, last rites/spreading ashes, business retreats, team building venue, corporate events and dinner party venue on the lake. Friday night music in the MOHI park, Seafair, Seattle waterfront, fourth of July fireworks viewing, Opening Day of the boating season, Husky football game transportation and sail-gate parties.
